* Territory mapping with market segmentation of different Lines Of Business for corporate sales
* Identifying & developing new markets for business growth and developing key business relationships
* Follow up with the corporate clients with a view of securing mandates, participation in their insurance programs
* Meeting the right person (CEO / Head Finance / Head HR / Head Commercial) or Key Decision Maker (s) in the organization and presenting the insurance services.
* Gathering information from clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile, designing comprehensive insurance program with most competitive terms & price, assisting in claims, in risk management and thus providing total insurance solutions
* Highlighting the coverage & benefits etc, negotiating price & terms & conditions etc, preparing premium slips & comparative analysis & recommendation letter etc, presenting cost benefit analysis and closing the deal. And, importantly, prepare the placement information to the insurers.
* Auditing the existing insurance programs and presenting the gap analysis report
* Ensuring clients understand the terms, conditions, coverage etc and duties & responsibilities as stated under the policies.
* Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality. Attending to clients’ complaints & undertaking steps for effectively resolving them. Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding their service satisfaction.
